Vance & Hines manufactured exhaust that is modified to EC regulations with an EC / ABE approved cartridge baffle and a catalytic converter. This make the Thorcat a 100% legal exhaust system. The `Anarchy' 2-2 starts out as a regular set of Vance & Hines Shortshots Staggered before being modified with a Thorcat ''X Torque'' crossover system between the head pipes. The result is a marked improvement in torque; and a uniquely deep exhaust note that meets the required noise levels for EC approval. Features stepped headers from 1-3/4" to a 2-1/2" muffler body and 220ø coverage full length heat shields that are virtually invisible.
