MCSReplacement inner primary cover for Big Twin models. Note: 89-93 Softail inner primary covers are identical to 94-98 Softail models. The only difference is the larger diameter starter shaft bushing hole in 89-93 models. When installing a ''metal filler''; it will enable you to install the smaller 94-98 starter shaft bushing. Then the 89-93 inner cover will fit 94-98 Softail models.
